Business-Owned AI Agentic Systems

Put approved operational work on autopilot, on a machine you own.

I Ninja LLC builds tailored AI Agentic Systems that carry out approved operational work while you and your team focus elsewhere. The hardware is yours. The system is yours. The boundaries are the ones you set.

No published packages. No one-size-fits-all build. We start with your operation.

  • You own the machine and the customized system
  • Management by I Ninja LLC is optional, never required
  • Consequential steps stay accountable to a person

What We Actually Build

A small computer that does real work, in plain English

An AI Agentic System is a computer you own, running software configured for your business, with a set of specialized assistants that perform defined tasks on a schedule or on request.

The hardware ranges from a small form factor computer that sits on a shelf to a mid-size desktop, depending on what you need it to do. It can be deployed locally in your office or placed in a hosting environment you approve. You decide which tools and data it may touch, what it may do without asking, and what has to come back to a person first.

The result is not a smarter chat window. It is a quiet, consistent operator that produces drafts, reports, alerts, and completed tasks inside boundaries you set.

The chain of control

  1. 01You define goals and permissions
  2. 02Your machine runs the system
  3. 03Specialized agents handle defined tasks
  4. 04Approved tools and data only
  5. 05Drafts, reports, alerts, completed work
  6. 06Human review where it matters

The Difference

Not another chatbot, and not another subscription

A chatbot waits for you to type. An agentic system already knows the job, the schedule, and the limits. Here is the practical distinction.

A general chatbot or stacked subscriptions

  • Waits for a prompt and forgets the context next time
  • Lives on someone else's account, under someone else's terms
  • Produces one answer, not a finished piece of work
  • Tools are disconnected from each other and from your data
  • Costs recur whether or not the work gets done
  • Access can change when the vendor changes the product

An I Ninja LLC agentic system

  • Runs defined jobs on a schedule without being asked
  • Runs on hardware and a configuration you own
  • Produces drafts, reports, and completed tasks you can act on
  • Connects only to the tools and data you approve
  • Built once around your operation, then maintained as you choose
  • You keep the machine, the configuration, and the documentation

Third-party model access and software licenses remain subject to their own providers' terms. Ownership of the machine and your customized system is defined in your signed agreement.

Where This Earns Its Keep

The problems owners describe on the first call

The research never gets done

Competitor checks, market movement, and public-source prospect research keep sliding because everyone is busy delivering. So decisions get made on stale information.

Reporting depends on one person

The weekly numbers exist only because someone stays late to assemble them. When that person is out, visibility disappears with them.

The inbox is the bottleneck

Important messages sit next to noise. Replies wait on the owner. Follow-up slips through because nobody owns the triage step.

Quality varies by who did it

Output quality depends on which team member touched it last, because the standard lives in someone's head instead of in a repeatable check.

Software keeps stacking up

Another subscription, another login, another partial solution. The tools do not talk to each other, and no one is sure what is still being paid for.

Nothing moves when the owner is away

Routine work stops the moment the owner is unavailable, because there is no safe way for it to continue inside approved boundaries.

Capability Previews

Six kinds of work an agentic system may support

Every build is scoped to the business. Not every system includes every capability. These are the areas owners ask about most.

Market and competitor research

Scheduled review of publicly available sources, organized into a briefing your team can read in a few minutes instead of assembling from scratch.

Sales and operational reporting

Recurring summaries assembled from approved systems, delivered on your schedule so visibility does not depend on one person's availability.

Email classification and drafts

Incoming messages sorted by type and priority, with prepared draft replies held for human review before anything is sent.

Content planning and production

Outlines, first drafts, and repurposing work prepared against your voice and standards, then routed to a person for approval.

Quality assurance checks

Repeatable review against your written standard, so consistency stops depending on who happened to handle the work.

Exception detection and alerts

Watch for the conditions you define, then raise an alert with context instead of letting the exception sit unnoticed until it becomes a problem.

Human-Centric By Design

The system handles the repeatable work. People keep the judgment.

We are not interested in removing people from your business. The work worth automating is the work that drains attention without requiring judgment: gathering, sorting, checking, summarizing, drafting, and reminding.

What stays with your team is the part that actually needs a human: the decision, the relationship, the exception, and the final word before something goes out the door. Approval points are designed in from the start, not bolted on later.

That is also why we spend time on culture and voice during discovery. A system that produces work in a tone your customers do not recognize is a system nobody will use.

What owners are really buying

  • Time back
  • Operational consistency
  • Visibility into what is happening
  • Control over what the system may touch
  • Ownership of the machine and the build
  • Work that continues inside approved boundaries
  • Peace of mind

Ownership

Ownership is yours. Management is optional.

You purchase the hardware and the customized system built for your business, and you keep both. We do not hold your infrastructure hostage, and we do not require an ongoing arrangement for the system to keep running. If you want us managing it, that is a separate agreement you choose. If you want your own technical staff running it, we document the build and hand it over.

Exact ownership rights, deliverables, and scope are controlled by the signed agreement. Third-party licenses and model access remain subject to their providers' terms.

Two Ways To Run It

Self-managed or managed. Same ownership either way.

Option A

Client-owned and self-managed

We build, configure, test, document, and hand off the system. Your team or your approved technical staff runs it from there. You hold the machine, the configuration, and the documentation.

  • Full handoff with written documentation
  • No required ongoing service arrangement
  • Optional support available if you want it later

Option B

Client-owned and managed by I Ninja LLC

You still own the machine and the customized system. We provide the agreed monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization under a separate management agreement.

  • Defined scope, not unlimited support
  • Ongoing tuning as your process changes
  • Cancelable without losing what you own

How It Works

Five steps from conversation to a system that runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

A working conversation with Ian about how your business actually operates, where the time goes, and which tasks are worth handing off.

  2. 02

    Scope and boundaries

We define the jobs, the data and tools involved, the approval points, and the actions the system must never take on its own.

  3. 03

    Right-sized hardware

We select hardware that matches the workload, from a small form factor computer to a mid-size desktop, for local or approved hosted deployment.

  4. 04

    Build and test

Specialized agents are configured for each defined job, then tested against real examples before anything is trusted with live work.

  5. 05

    Deploy, document, and hand off

The system goes live with documentation and a review period. From there you run it yourself or bring us on to manage it. Your call.

Guardrails

Boundaries are part of the build, not an afterthought

A system that can act needs limits on what it may act upon. Those limits are designed with you and written down.

Least-privilege access

Agents receive access to the specific tools and data a task requires, and nothing beyond it.

Human approval gates

Sensitive or consequential steps stop and wait for a person to review and approve.

Audit logs

Activity can be logged so you can review what ran, when it ran, and what it produced.

Deployment choice

Local deployment on your premises or an approved hosted environment, based on your requirements.

Data minimization

The system works with the minimum information needed to complete the defined job.

Escalation paths

When something falls outside the defined rules, it is escalated rather than guessed at.

Specific safeguards depend on the selected hardware, software, integrations, deployment environment, and management scope. No connected system is risk-free.

Who You Will Be Talking To

Ian Lacovara, founder of I Ninja LLC

Ian is a long-time entrepreneur and a business growth and automation strategist. He leads every discovery conversation personally, because the useful details about a business rarely survive being passed down a chain.

His position is straightforward: technology has to support the operation, not redesign it. That means understanding the process, the people, and the tone of the business before a single agent gets configured.

Common Questions

A few things owners ask early

Do I have to keep paying you for the system to work?

No. You own the machine and the customized system. Management by I Ninja LLC is optional and handled under a separate agreement. Third-party software licenses and model access may have their own ongoing costs and terms.

Is this going to replace people on my team?

That is not what we build toward. These systems take on repeatable work such as research, sorting, checking, summarizing, and drafting. Decisions, exceptions, relationships, and final approvals stay with your people.

Does the system need to run in the cloud?

Not necessarily. Systems may be deployed locally on hardware in your office or placed in a hosted environment you approve. The right choice depends on the work involved, your data requirements, and how your team needs to reach it.

Why is there no pricing on this website?

Because there are no packages. Hardware, scope, integrations, and management choices differ for every business, and a published number would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. Pricing is discussed once we understand the work.

What happens on the discovery call?

Ian asks how your operation runs today, where the repeatable work sits, and which parts you would want a system to handle. If an agentic system is not a sensible fit for your situation, he will say so on that call.
